What services does Original Auto Styling offer?

Do you work on all vehicle types?

Yes. Cars, trucks, SUVs, exotics, motorcycles, and classic vehicles. If it has paint or glass, we can protect it. We've worked on everything from daily drivers to Lamborghinis, Bugattis, and rare exotics.

Do you offer mobile services?

Yes, our mobile detailing service comes to your home or office throughout Madison, Huntsville, Athens, Decatur, Harvest, Toney, Hazel Green, Meridianville, and all of North Alabama. Our unit is fully self-contained, no water or power needed from you.

What brands do you use?

We're certified installers for STEK (PPF and window tint), Inozetek (vinyl wraps and color change PPF), and GYEON (ceramic coatings). All premium, warranty-backed products, we never substitute budget brands.

What is the legal window tint limit in Alabama?

Alabama requires front side windows to allow at least 32% VLT (visible light transmission). Rear side windows and the rear windshield may be tinted to any darkness on non-commercial vehicles. A non-reflective tint strip is allowed on the top 6 inches of the windshield. Original Auto Styling ensures every installation is fully Alabama-tint-law compliant.

How long does window tint take?

2 to 3 hours for most sedans, 3 to 4 hours for SUVs and larger vehicles. We never rush, proper installation ensures your tint lasts and looks perfect for years.

Is ceramic tint worth it in Alabama?

Absolutely. North Alabama's summers are intense, ceramic tint blocks up to 90% of infrared heat versus 50% for carbon film. The cabin temperature difference is significant, and ceramic film protects your interior from UV fading. Most customers who choose ceramic tint say they'd never go back.

Can I roll my windows down after tinting?

Wait 3to5 days before rolling windows down to allow the adhesive to fully cure. Avoid rain exposure and car washes during the curing period as well.

Do you tint sunroofs and windshields?

Yes. We tint sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and windshields (light shade / sun strip). All windshield installations comply with Alabama law.

How long does ceramic coating last in Alabama?

Our Premium Protection (GYEON) lasts 5 years with proper maintenance. Elite Protection with Infinite Warranty lasts a lifetime with an annual maintenance wash. Alabama's intense UV makes professional-grade ceramic coating far more durable than anything from a store shelf.

How long does the ceramic coating process take?

1 to 3 days depending on the package and paint condition. Paint correction before coating is essential, we won't apply coating over defects. We never rush, your vehicle stays in our controlled environment until fully cured.

Can I wash my car after ceramic coating?

Wait 7 days before the first wash to allow full curing. After that, wash regularly using pH-neutral soap. Avoid brush car washes, touchless or hand wash only.

Should I get ceramic coating or PPF?

Ideally both. PPF protects against physical impacts (rock chips, road debris). Ceramic coating protects against UV, chemicals, and adds gloss. They complement each other, many customers stack PPF on high-impact areas and ceramic coating on the full vehicle.

How long does GYEON PPF last?

GYEON paint protection film comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty. With proper care, PPF installed by Original Auto Styling will protect your vehicle's paint for the full warranty period and beyond.

What is self-healing PPF?

GYEON's self-healing PPF has a top coat that uses heat to repair minor surface scratches. In North Alabama's warm climate, parking in the sun activates this process automatically. For deeper marks, hot water does the job in seconds.

Will PPF damage my paint when removed?

No. Professional removal by a certified installer like Original Auto Styling leaves your factory paint completely intact. We use proper removal techniques and chemicals specifically designed for PPF.

How long does PPF installation take?

Partial front packages take 1 to 2 days. Full front protection takes 2to3 days. Full-body PPF typically takes 4 to 5 days. We never rush, proper installation is the difference between a 10-year finish and a 2-year one.
